By what you can verify: every build is Developer-ID signed and notarized by Apple; the app is local-first and telemetry-free, so you can watch the network and confirm nothing leaves your Mac; the threat model and single-shot disclosure policy are published; and an external security audit is planned before sync ships. We name what's shipped, what's in development, and what we don't claim to solve.

Never. There is no telemetry, no analytics, no ads, and no data sale. The app's only network connections are the sync and account features you explicitly enable. Paid tiers fund the work directly — the product is the business model, your clipboard isn't.

That's the plan: the encrypted sync engine is built and tested, and the self-hosted WebDAV and on-network peer-to-peer transports are in development toward release, with encrypted iCloud sync planned after. Local-Only mode ships today. You'll never depend on our servers to sync.
