How we handle your email.

This notice covers the only personal data this website ever asks for: the email address you give the launch list. The app itself sends no telemetry — that promise lives in the security architecture.

Who is responsible

Copywarden (Edward Vartanessian) is the data controller. Contact: security@copywarden.com. Our postal address is included in every commercial email we send.

What we collect, and why

When you join the launch list we store: your email address, when and on which page you signed up, the exact consent text you saw, and a salted hash (never the raw value) of your network address as consent evidence. Purpose: sending you one email when Copywarden Pro launches. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by pressing the join button. We ask you to confirm by email (double opt-in); unconfirmed signups are deleted after 7 days.

Who processes it

The list lives in our Supabase database (hosting infrastructure); confirmation and launch emails are delivered by our email provider once sending is enabled. Both act under data-processing agreements. No analytics identifiers are attached to your email; the website's visit counting (if enabled) is cookieless and never linked to the list.

How long we keep it

Deleted within 30 days after the launch email is sent, or 3 years after signup — whichever comes first. After deletion we keep only a hashed suppression entry so we never email you again by mistake. A future newsletter would be a new purpose: we would ask again, never repurpose this list.

Your rights

Withdraw consent anytime — replying to any email with "delete" is enough, as is writing to security@copywarden.com. You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and you have the right to complain to your data-protection authority.
